提倡服务的全程化和全员化，将服务理念和服务意识贯彻到每一个员工的心中，通过专业化的售前服务，与客户一体的售中服务，帮助客户排除故障及解决问题的售后服务等全程服务体系，确保服务过程的完美质量，提高企业的竞争力。公司有专职的客户服务部，另五大职能部门配合客服部，其中包括信息部、订单部为不同的客户解决不同的问题；客户服务部还具备专业的知识库和专业技术人员，可及时回答客户的问题；
全力构造“直接反馈、同步响应、系统联动”的客户服务系统，各一线人员及时将客户的问题即时传输给公司相关部门，各部门同时启动支持解决程序，并在充分沟通的基础上，第一时间制定整体解决方案，以最快的速度解决问题。
目前，公司在全国的各省市自治区均配备了专业的售后服务人员，对所有产品在全国范围内提供售后联保服务，让各地用户放心地享受到后期服务，保证将客户意见、故障报修等情况在第一时间内反馈到公司客户服务部。

ABOUT CJ-TOOLS
INTRODUCTION
Established in 2009, CJ-TOOLS CO., LTD. specializes in the design, development and production of various injection moulds and die-casting moulds.
CJ-TOOLS currently has 60 employees over three departments:
1: product and tool design,
2: tool manufacture,
3: production of injection moulding and metal stamping.
CJ-TOOLS is committed to implementing ISO9001-2015 quality system, strictly controlling product processing and abiding by the time of delivery, so as to provide better technology and services to our customers with a good reputation.
CJ-TOOLS now has a number of excellent product design and development engineers. Engineers with rich experience in mould processing and manufacturing, and technicians with years of experience in injection moulding, who can not only design and process moulds according to the requirements of clients, but also make full use of our moulding equipment to provide you topgrade products and services with valuable new concepts and techniques.
Processing equipment is at the core of CJ-Tools and is being continuously updated to ensure efficient production of tools in their busy workshop.
CNC machines are at the heart of the operation with support from over EDM and EDM wire cutting and conventional machines Capacity is over 400 tools per year with production of mouldings exceeding 10Million components per year from the production department.
